Service Description

**Available in Right Handed Only** Visit Artisan Golf in Fort Worth, TX for the ultimate iron fitting experience. The iron fitting will last around 2-3 hours alongside one of our Artisan fitters. $150 of the fitting experience will go towards the purchase of your custom iron set. At the start of your iron fitting, your Artisan fitter will measure and document your current iron set for Loft, Lie, Length, Total weight, and Swing Weight. This standardizes your set to Artisan standards. Based on the data, we will go over any inconsistencies and concerns we have with your current clubs. Your fitting will then progress to our outdoor range. Where you’ll hit premium golf balls off real turf and your ball flight being measured by Trackman. After your initial warm-up, baseline data will be gathered on your current irons. Your Artisan fitter will use their expertise in understanding ball flight, turf interaction, and interpretating trackman data to select the correct combination of head, shaft, length, and lie angle to optimize your ball flight. You’ll hit our three iron head models (muscle-back, half-cavity, full-cavity) in 5, 7, 9 iron. Our interchangeable shaft fitting system allows you to test a variety of different shaft weights, flexes, and profiles (steel & graphite from True Temper/Nippon/KBS/UST...etc). Once the correct combination is found, you'll hit a variety of shots you need to hit. When we feel confident in the iron set makeup and construction we will then head back inside our workshop to finalize your custom iron set. Custom ferrules, stamping, and paint colors will be selected to finish off the iron set. Every fitting ends with a tour of our facility where you can check out the process of how we make some of the finest hand made custom golf clubs right here in Fort Worth, TX.
